Employment and Immigration Attorney in New York
A Personal Understanding of What’s at Stake
Born in Colombia, Lina came to the United States as a young girl. Raised by a single mother who worked tirelessly to create opportunities she never had, she earned scholarships, built a career in television as a commercial producer, and later made the decision to become a lawyer — because she understood how much is at stake when someone’s future depends on the outcome of a single case.
A Practice Built on Real Experience
A proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, she knows what it means to build a life honestly and without apology. That experience shapes how she advocates for her clients — with strength, clarity, and respect.
Direct Communication, No Barriers
Fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese, Lina speaks directly with her clients in the language they are most comfortable with. They understand their case, and they know they have someone standing beside them every step of the way.
